Habitat App is a purpose-built tool developed for the Habitat department at Bilfinger Stavanger. It streamlines the entire equipment rental process, from order import to return handling, with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and ease of use. Designed for field teams, warehouse staff, and coordinators, the app simplifies tracking, scanning, and documenting equipment, both during dispatch and upon return.

Order Management
• Import orders from Excel files exported directly from SAP
• Track reservation numbers, platform details, requirement dates, and shipping locations
• Generate completed order reports and structured packing lists with equipment IDs and pallet assignments
QR Code Scanning

Rental Return Tracking
